Bridget is keen to get you started on your lifting journey. Form and technique comes first to ensure you are getting the most from your lifts. She has extensive experience lifting heavy things.
Although she loves lifting weights, Priscilla’s style of coaching is centred around calisthenics style bodyweight and functional strength movements from push ups through to handstands.TRAINER
Sarah has immersed herself in sports for most of her life such as Rugby and Muay Thai. Gravitating towards functional fitness that marries the sweat of cardio and elements such as power and strength.
Ben has been a sportsperson all his life. He carried his passion for sports into weightlifting where he was nominated to represent SG at the Asian Powerlifting Championships in 2017.
We’re going back to the fundamentals, our strength class will focus on 2 main lifts, 2 accessories lifts and 1 core lift to make it an all rounded strength class.
Metabolic Conditioning will consist of an all round fitness class, typically focussing on progression, it will start with a warm up, followed by a strength of skill session, finished up with a workout of the day
Our mobility class will consist of different movements each week and will focus on increasing mobility and flexibility to achieve full range of motion to assist you in your day to day life.
Balance, Flexibility & Mobility (B.F.M)
Working with a specialised hand balancing coach, you will learn how to balance on your hands in various different ways and styles, eventually being a master on all 4’s.
Bootcamp classes will typically start with a warm up, then a circuit style fitness workout with a targeted amount of work/rest ratio, similar to a tabata style workout. This high intensity class will get your heart rate pumping all the way through.
S & C
Targeted at those who are looking to improve themselves playing a sport, S&C will focus on working with explosive movements, olympic lifts, plyometric work and control/stability work, to make you the most all round versatile athlete.
